A day in the life of a Senior Software Application Developer:

Oversee the designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and security standards

This job is for you if you:

If you’re a highly skilled, experienced Software/Application developer that can support Information Technology Service Management integrations with ServiceNow using design specifications and best practices and out of the box functionality. Have experience generating reports and dashboards within ServiceNow. Strong integration skills between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Development: Designing and developing software applications to meet user needs, including front-end, back-end, and database integration.
  • Coding and Testing: Writing, testing, and debugging code, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and quality standards.
  • Maintenance and Updates: Maintaining and updating existing software, addressing bugs, improving performance, and integrating new features.
  • Technical Leadership: Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, contributing to project planning, and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and implement solutions.
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for software applications, including code comments, diagrams, and user manuals.
What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have):
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology
  • Target Experience:10 years’ experience in designing and implement Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
Special Qualifications:
  • Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III
  • Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) Baseline Requirements any of the following: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP

Required Level of Security Clearance: Top Secret

Expected Travel: 15% CONUS locations as required
