Job summary

ARKA Group L.P. is seeking a Senior Software Algorithm Engineer (TS/SCI) to lead a multidisciplinary team in developing advanced algorithms for signals processing, SDA, SATCOM, and SIGINT.

The role is on-site in King of Prussia, PA, with relocation support and a strong focus on hybrid and secure environments. The ideal candidate will have a BS in a STEM field, 5+ years in software development, proficiency in Python/C/C++/Java/Rust, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• BS in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or related STEM field.
• Experience leading an interdisciplinary team of researchers and software developers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical reports.
• Proficient in Python, C/C++, Java, or Rust.
• 5+ years of software development experience, preferably HPC.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness for CI polygraph if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small software development team of researchers and developers to implement algorithms across domains.
• Apply data structures and algorithms to create efficient solutions.
• Deploy software solutions using cloud services.
• Review publications to apply cutting-edge concepts to defense and commercial apps.
• Produce technical documentation for code, capabilities, and user guides.
