Job summary

CACI International is seeking a Senior SOF Intelligence and Operations Integrator to provide senior guidance on SOF Sensitive Activities and Intelligence Operations for ARSOF CSUs and SAMMCs. You will apply planning methods (JOPES, ADM, MDMP) and develop OPLANs, CONOPs, and EXORDs to drive informed decisions and execution across IC networks.

Strong SA/Intel integration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

Current Top Secret SCI clearance required.
Minimum 12 years recent SA experience with 4+ years in SA management in IA or SOF.
Graduate of IA Category 1 Collector course or ASOTC (preferred).
Experience with PACOM AOR and Joint Planning Process preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide mentorship to assigned contractor personnel.
Serve as embedded SA Intelligence and Operations Integrator as needed.
Analyze multi-domain intelligence to support SA pathway development.
Deliver timely, relevant intelligence and planning material to decision-makers.
Teach and mentor SOF unit intelligence and operational personnel.
Supervise analysts, planners, and integrators in producing operations and training materials.
Maintain readiness for emergent situations outside normal hours.
