Concurrent Technologies Corporation in Arlington, VA, seeks a Safety and Occupational Environmental Health Senior Analyst and SME to lead policy analysis, governance, and enterprise readiness efforts. You'll advise senior DoW officials, develop policy governance, and coordinate across SOH/OEH domains.

The role requires CSP certification and 12+ years in safety/occupational health, strong writing, and event-planning capabilities for large meetings with government partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in safety, occupational health, public health, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in safety, occupational health, or industrial hygiene across installation and higher HQ levels.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
• Broad knowledge of safety and occupational health principles and management.
• Familiarity with related fields such as engineering, physical science, ergonomics, psychology, industrial hygiene, physiology.
• Knowledge of safety research, training and hazardous materials.
• Experience with federal records management and DoW/SOEH policy knowledge.
• Experience planning events with 200+ attendees.
• Strong communication and writing skills for senior government audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a Senior SOEH analyst and SME supporting ODASW(OR&S).
• Provides expert analysis and recommendations on SOH/OEH portfolios.
• Develops, revises, and integrates DoW-wide SOH/OEH policy and governance issuances.
• Provides recommendations on policy implications and enterprise risk governance.
• Conducts high-level analysis of SOH domains to inform policy directions.
• Supports governance activities (SOHC, DSOC) and enterprise forums.
• Prepares senior-level responses to congressional inquiries and GAO requests.
• Leads components of work and provides technical direction to teams.
