Job summary

U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Senior Social Worker for HBPC to deliver direct social work services to adult and geriatric veterans and their families in the community setting. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited school.
• Licensed or certified at advanced practice level to independently practice social work.
• Proficient in spoken and written English as required for federal employment.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct social work services for adult and geriatric veterans and families in HBPC.
• Travel to community locations to meet Veterans enrolled in the HBPC program.
