Qualifications

• Two years of post-advanced practice licensure experience preferred; at least one year at GS-11 level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct readjustment counseling to eligible individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Coordinate client care and staff development; offer clinical consultation on complex cases.
• Perform risk assessment, crisis intervention, and safety planning using family systems theory/therapy.
• Collaborate with inter-professional teams and leadership on program and patient issues.
• Document clinical interactions and services per policy; participate in staff meetings and supervision.
