Description

The Housing Works Emergency & Transitional Housing Program (ETH) provides time-limited transitional housing and support services to individuals reentering the community following periods of incarceration or other justice system involvement. Program participants engage in onsite services such as case management, vocational training, housing advocacy, and mental health support to address barriers to housing and build skills for stable community living.

Responsibilities

1. Program Management: Oversee daily operations of the ETH Program case management and housing services; collaborate on policies and workflows.
2. Participant Services: Ensure access to support services, create supportive environments, maintain housing and care plans, and handle grievances.
3. Care Coordination: Facilitate services with providers and families to ensure successful outcomes.
4. Staffing & Supervision: Supervise 3-4 case managers, participate in recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations.
5. Staff Training: Lead onboarding and ongoing staff training initiatives.
6. Quality & Compliance: Maintain service quality, conduct audits, and ensure documentation compliance.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates have supervisory and direct-care experience in reentry or housing services, with a passion for improving outcomes for justice-impacted individuals.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $75,000 - $80,000 yearly, commensurate with experience.
