Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Doctoral degree not a substitute for MSW; verification may be required.
• Licensed or certified to independently practice social work at the master's level.
• CA licensure exam requirements noted; grandfathering provisions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate KSAs: advanced psychosocial interventions, supervision, and outcome evaluation.
• Provide specialized consultation to colleagues and students in psychosocial treatment.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and practice guidelines.
• Address complex cases with differential diagnosis within clinical privileges.
