Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and completion of the Child Welfare Collaborative or related experience.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist families in developing permanent plans for children in foster care.
• Develop permanent plans including reunification, guardianship, or adoption.
• Collaborate with families to assess needs, monitor progress, and refer to resources; complete documentation within mandated timeframes.
• Write court reports and present information in court.
