Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited school.
• Bachelor's degree in social work with Child Welfare Collaborative or related experience.
• One year of directly related experience for some paths.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess family strengths and needs to inform service planning.
• Identify safety factors and implement safety responses.
• Initiate court intervention to ensure child safety when needed.
• Maintain timely documentation per county/state/federal requirements.
• Coordinate with families, caregivers, and other agencies.
• Document interactions and update case records accurately.
• Attend ongoing professional development (minimum 24 hours yearly).
