Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking an experienced Post-Producer to own the post-production pipeline for social video and motion assets. You will coordinate with editors, designers, and platform-specific exports while ensuring timely delivery across quick-turn briefs.

The role requires 8+ years in post-production, strong know-how of editing/color/sound tools, and a proactive, organized approach to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of post-production experience with social-first video/motion work.
• Strong fluency in post workflows: file management, versioning, platform delivery specs.
• Experience with editing, color, and sound tools (Premiere, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Experience managing post schedules within quick-turn production timelines.
• Proactive, detailed-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-production pipeline for social video and motion assets from handoff to final delivery.
• Manage versioning, file organization, and asset handoff across editors and designers.
• Coordinate sound design, color, and motion graphics finishing with the client team's leads.
• Track post schedules and flag bottlenecks to avoid delivery delays on quick-turn briefs.
• QC final assets against platform specs before delivery.
• Maintain organized asset archive and naming conventions across productions.
• Explore AI-assisted post tools and integrate the ones that fit the studio workflow.
• Direct output timelines for editors and overseeing external vendors.
