Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Experience using in-app editing tools across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video for social platforms including Reels, Shorts, and feed.
• Cut raw field footage, user-generated content, and original shoots into compelling social edits.
• Apply platform-specific pacing, hooks, captions, and formatting.
• Version content for multiple platforms as needed.
• Collaborate with social leadership on creative direction, format testing, and iteration.
• Turn around edits quickly during peak seasonal moments.
• Deliver polished, on-brand video reflecting Field & Stream's tone and audience expectations.
