The role requires a Florida-licensed social worker with strong communication and assessment skills, capable of coordinating with interdisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with NASW ethics and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must follow NASW Code of Ethics and government regulations.
• Florida licensed social worker required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage residents' psychosocial, mental, and emotional needs in a skilled nursing center.
• Develop and aid access to services for residents.
