Job summary

You will provide work direction to staff in case processing and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in vocational rehabilitation, health or human services, nursing or related field.
• Three years of experience coordinating, monitoring and processing health/social service cases.
• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, monitor and process complex client cases involving social, health and vocational services.
• Provide work direction to staff in case processing and documentation.
• Coordinate with multiple agencies to support client needs and resources.
