DSHS's Economic Services Administration, Community Services Division in Everett, WA is seeking a full-time Social Service Specialist to join our team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in social services or allied field.
• Practicum included in degree program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screens, assess and refers clients for medical or related tests and approves referrals.
• Develops and monitors employability plans and case management.
• Interviews clients to assess vocational and social history for employment potential.
• Reviews medical information to determine diagnosis, prognosis and work capacity.
• Develops casework plans and maintains automated case records with documentation.
