The University of Texas at Austin seeks a Social Science/Humanities Research Associate V to evaluate the CCDF-DRS grant, focusing on infant and early childhood mental health services in disaster-impacted counties across Texas. This is a grant-funded, four-year role with full-time responsibilities on the UT Austin campus.

Responsibilities include data analysis, data management across multiple platforms, creating dashboards, and providing recommendations to guide quality improvement.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree with major coursework in mental health or related field and 8 years of related experience or a Master's degree with 6 years of related experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess implementation outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Collect, monitor, and validate program data from project partners across platforms; manage data submission and cleaning.
• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations; communicate findings and develop actionable recommendations.
• Establish relationships with project partners and participate in site visits to support activities.
• Formulate and coordinate data collection and reporting plans; develop data collection protocols and tools.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in mental health or related field

Master's degree in mental health or related field

Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Public Health (preferred)
