Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Social Science/Humanities Research Associate V to serve as the evaluator for the CCDF-DRS grant. This four-year initiative expands infant and early childhood mental health services in disaster-affected counties across Texas.

The role requires data analysis, cross-site coordination, and strong communication to guide quality improvement. Work involves collecting and validating diverse data sources, creating dashboards, and supporting project partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with major coursework in mental health or related field and 8 years of related experience, or a Master's with 6 years.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and attention to detail.
• Values the contributions of others in the work environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess implementation outcomes and program effectiveness.
• Collect, monitor, and validate program data from project partners; manage data submission and cleaning.
• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and presentations; provide actionable recommendations.
• Establish relationships with project partners and participate in site visits.
• Coordinate data collection and reporting plans; develop data collection tools.
• Additional duties as assigned.
