Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Social Media Sr Manager to lead strategy and day‑to‑day management of our global social platforms, including Club for the Future. You will write compelling narratives, manage campaigns, and work with creative, digital marketing, and PR teams to amplify our mission of millions living and working in space.

The role requires deep platform knowledge, crisis management, and superior writing/editing skills, with on‑site, occasional travel expectations and reporting to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Sales Excellence or Journalism preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of platform trends and best practices.
• Expert writing and editing skills with defect-free narratives.
• Ability to create engaging content and execute strategies.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including X, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Create posts, videos, graphics and multimedia content to share the mission and milestones.
• Manage day-to-day social channels, monitor engagement and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Communications and PR teams for aligned messaging.
• Lead storytelling efforts, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive brand narratives.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, AI, and digital marketing best practices.
• Uphold guidelines, confidentiality, and high-judgment under deadlines.
