Job summary

Frida, a Miami-based company, is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own and evolve our brand voice across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You will lead content strategy, coordinate shoots, mentor team members, and collaborate with designers and editors to deliver engaging social content that drives community growth and measurable impact. The role offers a hybrid schedule with occasional evenings and launch moments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of social media management with end-to-end video ownership on major platforms.
• Strong on-camera presence with portfolio.
• Hands-on video editing with CapCut or Premiere; native editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Be a face of the brand on camera across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Lead always-on content calendars for each brand and platform.
• Develop social briefs with the Senior Director and ensure timely asset delivery.
• Plan and optimize in-house content production for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Shoot, edit, and publish content the same day.
• Write briefs and build storyboards for video and design assets.
• Partner with video editors on larger productions and provide direction.
• Pitch and produce social content with designers.
• Generate ideas and test new formats, hooks, and concepts.
• Monitor trends and use social listening to inform strategy.
• Own the brand culture calendar and ensure on-brand communications.
• Develop and manage team members and contractors.
• Analyze performance and report monthly to drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal XF teams.
