Serenity Recruitment Group is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager & Content Producer for a private luxury hospitality group in Miami. The role is hands-on, with daily content creation, shooting on iPhone and professional cameras, and in-house editing.

You’ll own platform management and growth, focusing on Instagram-first strategy and authentic storytelling. You will run concepts, shot lists, and scripts within a defined luxury creative direction, while coordinating influencer collaborations

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on in social content — hotel, hospitality, or luxury brand experience strongly preferred.
• You've personally grown a page and can prove it: numbers at the start, numbers now, and the content that drove it
• Your shooting and editing hold up at luxury standard — quiet, elevated, detail-obsessed
• You can show specific posts and Reels you made and what they did — account links alone won't cut it

Confidential search for a privately held luxury group in South Florida hiring one senior operator to own its social presence end to end.

This is a hands‑on production role, not a desk strategy job. You'll shoot, edit, publish, and grow — daily — across the group's brand channels and a senior leader's personal profile, with dedicated shooters behind you on larger productions and real budget for influencers, talent, and tools.
