Role Overview: You’ll oversee the planning, creation, and execution of our social media and content strategy, ensuring we reach our target audience and meet our business goals. As a content expert, you’ll produce standout assets that captivate our audience, drive engagement, and enhance our brand presence across platforms.

What you’ll do

  1. Collaborate with the Global Social Media Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive social media and content strategy aligned with business objectives.
  2. Manage the end-to-end content creation process, including ideation, production, copywriting, and scheduling. Experience with social copywriting and Canva is essential; producing/editing social-first mobile videos is highly preferred.
  3. Work with internal teams and external partners (designers, videographers, copywriters, agencies) to develop compelling social content.
  4. Manage social media channels, engage with audiences, and bring our brand to life online.
  5. Innovate creatively by experimenting with new content formats, styles, and storytelling techniques to maximize engagement.
  6. Maintain brand consistency across platforms while adhering to platform best practices.
  7. Analyze performance metrics to improve content strategies and measure impact.

  3. Experience in executing successful social media campaigns.
  4. Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  5. Proficiency with copywriting, Canva, mobile video tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro), and analytics tools.

Compensation: $135,200 - $185,900 annually
