A leading gaming services company is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to engage players and manage content across social platforms. Candidates should have 3+ years in social media, strong communication skills, and a passion for the gaming industry. This fully remote role offers opportunities for mentorship and leadership within a vibrant team culture.
Please note that the position is posted in multiple locations, and the role will be 100% remote.

You can be at the heart of our brand's digital presence - strategically oriented Senior Social Media Manager, experienced in creating and managing high-impact content calendars across several platforms, from ideation to analysis and reporting. Strategy is a key part of this role - we are looking for someone experienced in developing social media strategies, and implementing/assessing them.

Our Senior Social Media Manager has a knack for the following skills:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in social media in gaming on a professional basis, ideally in a Senior role.
• Previous experience in managing, mentoring or supporting more junior team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native speaker).
• Passionate about video games and social media.
• Strong understanding of social media/community management platforms/channels (Discord, Twitch, Reddit, Instagram, Facebook...)
• Expertise with social listening and social management best practices.
• Expertise with paid social media.
• Experience managing or moderating a thriving gaming community.
• Higher education in marketing, business administration, communication, adult education, or related fields.
• Timezone: 9am to 5pm ET (flexible, NA timezones preferred).
