Babylist is seeking a hands-on social video producer to own the creation of platform-native content for TikTok and other short-form channels. You will storyboard, shoot, edit, and post daily from the SoHo showroom, working with creators and partners to drive authentic engagement.
You’ll bring strong trend fluency, a deep understanding of audience needs, and the ability to translate performance data into the next wave of content.
This role sits on the team that owns Babylist's day-to-day social presence, focused on social video: the content that carries the brand on TikTok and everywhere else short-form video lives. We're already the largest baby brand on TikTok at 1.4M followers, and the mandate now is to deepen engagement, not just grow reach. You'll report to the Director, Social & Creator Marketing, who sets the overall social strategy. Your job is to make the content that brings it to life. This is a hands-on production role, not a strategy-only one. You'll storyboard, shoot, and edit in our SoHo showroom and work directly with creator and influencer partners. There are no direct reports.
This role is remote, with regular on-site expectations at our SoHo showroom to do that production work. You'll need to live within a commutable distance of NYC so you can get there easily and on short notice.
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$134,875 to $161,850 + target annual bonus and competitive equity
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.
