Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day execution and strategic development of our social program. You will translate complex cybersecurity topics into compelling stories while building scalable programs across Marketing and the company.

You will lead content creation, editorial planning, and employee advocacy, partnering with cross-functional teams to amplify Horizon3.ai’s voice across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in social media marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity marketing.
• Experience managing social publishing, listening, analytics, and employee advocacy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own organic social strategy and audience development across LinkedIn, X, YouTube.
• Create and manage editorial calendar for thought leadership and product storytelling.
• Develop campaigns for launches, webinars, and events.
• Oversee employee advocacy and executive amplification.
• Monitor brand conversations and manage escalation as needed.
• Define social metrics and produce performance reports.
