Job summary

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to own the day-to-day execution and strategic development of the company’s social program. You will translate cybersecurity, product, research, and market topics into clear, credible stories while building scalable programs across Marketing and the broader company.

The role requires strong editorial judgment, hands-on content creation, and experience in a B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• Experience owning social media strategy and hands-on execution for a B2B, SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity company.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing social publishing, listening, analytics, and/or employee advocacy platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own social strategy and editorial calendar across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels.
• Develop campaigns, posts, threads, carousels, and short-form video for launches and events.
• Partner with experts to identify stories and manage review through publication.
• Maintain authentic brand voice across channels.
• Measure and optimize reach, engagement, and pipeline impact.
