Phillips & Associates is seeking a highly experienced Social Media & Digital Content Marketing Manager to join our New York City office in person. You will own our social media presence, produce digital content, and lead campaigns across platforms while collaborating with attorneys and marketing partners.

The role combines creative storytelling with data-driven optimization, including video production, paid advertising, and performance analysis to generate qualified leads and elevate brand

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
• Experience filming, editing, and producing short-form video content for organic and paid distribution.
• Strong graphic design, creative production, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or equivalent platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day social media planning, content development, publishing, and optimization across platforms.
• Develop platform-specific content that builds brand awareness and drives engagement.
• Manage the social media content calendar and coordinate publishing.
• Monitor social media trends and audience behavior to identify new content opportunities.
• Analyze social media performance and implement improvements.
