As Senior Social Content Manager and Producer, you will lead the daily management of our clients' social media presence to meet their objectives. You will oversee projects, support junior team members, and report to the VP of Content. Your responsibilities include managing social media calendars, ensuring content aligns with platform best practices and client goals, overseeing creator/influencer collaborations, and driving social media strategy innovation.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $116,238 USD annually.

Responsibilities

1. Act as the primary on-set liaison, collaborating with clients, talent, and cross-functional teams during fast-paced shoot environments.
2. Support live events, shows, and livestreams with content capture, live posting, and rapid delivery.
3. Lead asset delivery for social media content, overseeing design and post-production processes in collaboration with Content Managers.
4. Develop and oversee social copy, ensuring consistency with brand voice and platform standards, including developing Tone of Voice guidelines.
5. Manage social media channels for clients, including content calendar creation, scheduling, publishing, and community management.
6. Generate strategic creative ideas and support new business initiatives through deck development and client presentations.
7. Oversee social media reporting, providing analysis and optimization recommendations based on best practices.
8. Manage talent research, profiling, briefs, and provide feedback on content production.
9. Support social strategy development, brainstorming, and client proposals for new business activities.
10. Stay updated on platform trends and behaviors, identifying tactical opportunities for clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Understanding of paid media creative and 6+ years of experience working with media agencies.
• Expertise across all major social media platforms: Meta, X, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Threads, Twitch.
• Proficiency in full-stack production workflows, including cameras, lighting, audio, and editing tools (Adobe CC, DaVinci, CapCut, Frame.io, etc.).
• Experience with platform-specific tools: Facebook Business Manager, X Business, Snapchat for Business, TikTok Studio.
• A personal interest in popular culture and social audiences, with the ability to speak the language of the internet.
