Job summary

Big Spaceship is seeking an Account Supervisor who lives and breathes social. Qualifications

• 6+ years as a brand steward and business partner to clients
• Deep understanding of social space including organic strategy and culture
• Experience in an integrated account team model

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior day-to-day client contact and cultivate strong client relationships
• Own day-to-day direction of the social business with minimal oversight
• Collaborate across strategy, design, analytics and creative to deliver best-in-class social work
• Lead always-on organic social programming including content planning and channel strategy
• Travel to events to capture content and support real-time social moments
• Present strategic POVs and ensure deliverables meet client challenges and agency standards
