MassMutual is seeking a Mastery Level SOC analyst to join a growing team protecting assets and customers with Agentic tech, strong problem solving, and a commitment to learning. You will collaborate with security engineers and IT security specialists across the firm to strengthen detection, alerting, and incident response capabilities.

The role requires 8+ years in SOC, 1+ year AI model use, 2+ years Python and SOAR experience, and willingness to cover off-hours escalations.

Formación

• 8+ years in a SOC or similar cyber security role.
• 1+ year experience with AI models to enhance SOC capabilities.
• 2+ years experience writing in Python.
• 2+ years experience with SOAR platforms.
• Able to support off hours escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced Malware analysis and extract Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
• Develop and deploy SOAR automations to accelerate SOC processes.
• Collaborate with Data Science to build Agentic capabilities.
• Work with Security Intelligence to enhance prevention, detection and threat hunting.
• Tune and optimize alerting logic across platforms.
• Lead, mentor Junior Analysts and act as escalation point.
• QA responsibilities ensuring thorough analysis and documentation.
