Job summary

1000 Micron Technology, Inc. is looking for an experienced engineer to lead physical implementation for SoC designs in Richardson, Texas. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in SoC physical design implementation and be proficient with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Innovus and Synopsys ICC2.

This role involves driving timing closure, integrating complex IP, and performing physical signoff, as well as collaborating with various teams to ensure manufacturability and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers.
• Strong experience in complex designs on advanced nodes.

Responsibilities

• Own physical implementation for SoC blocks.
• Drive timing closure across multi-mode scenarios.
• Perform physical signoff and address violations.
• Support tape-out execution and contribute to post-silicon debug.
