Job summary

Connected Logistics seeks a seasoned SOC Manager to lead 24/7 security operations for DoS/DT/EA CST programs, coordinating with the ISSO and RMF/A&A activities. You will oversee Oracle databases, AVDF, PUM, and Golden Gate environments, ensure evidence and remediation actions, and maintain compliance with security baselines and Department policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in security operations.
• Active CISSP, GCIA or equivalent.
• Current Secret clearance.
• Experience with DoS preferred.
• Experience managing 24/7/365 SOC operations.
• Experience with SIEM platforms and threat intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Implement and operate SIEM processes for Oracle systems including AVDF, PUM, and Golden Gate.
• Develop rules for Oracle security events and monitor alerts.
• Provide SIEM data and alerts to ISSO for incident response coordination.
• Conduct OSINT monitoring for Oracle-specific threats.
• Provide threat intelligence summaries to ISSO weekly.
• Perform digital forensics and log analysis for covered systems.
• Investigate security anomalies and provide findings to ISSO and IR teams.
• Assist ISSO-led incident response actions and documentation.
• Conduct security posture assessments of Oracle configurations.
• Identify weaknesses and provide POA&M development input.
• Maintain long-term storage of security logs per retention requirements.
