Job summary

Pike Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Senior SOC Engineer to lead the SIEM platform, develop detection content, and guide analysts across Tier 1 to Tier 3. You will design analytics, build dashboards, and implement playbooks to improve mean time to detect and respond to incidents.

The role requires hands-on expertise in SIEM engineering, scripting, and incident response, with the ability to mentor junior staff and coordinate across IAM, endpoint, and network security teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in cybersecurity, including 2+ years hands-on with an enterprise SIEM.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the organization's SIEM platform, including analytics/correlation rules, dashboards, data connectors, ingestion/cost management, and the overall detection roadmap.
• Lead detection engineering: design, build, tune, and validate analytics rules across identity, endpoint, cloud, and network telemetry.
• Serve as the SOC's Tier 3 escalation point for deep technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and forensic collection.
• Design, build, and maintain SOAR playbooks and ensure adherence to procedures.
