Arohana Tech Solutions Private Limited in Westlake, TX is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst / Lead SOC Analyst to lead investigations, threat hunting, detection engineering, and incident response for a strategic customer environment.

The role requires hands-on Exabeam SIEM and UEBA expertise, strong communication, and the ability to interface with senior security stakeholders. This is an onsite, customer-facing position during US business hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of core SOC experience.
• Hands-on experience with Exabeam SIEM and UEBA.
• Experience in security monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, detection engineering, event correlation, log analysis, threat intel, MITRE ATT&CK, IOC/IOA analysis, and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts and incidents using Exabeam SIEM and UEBA.
• Lead advanced security investigations, including root cause analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident reviews.
• Serve as the primary SOC point of contact for the customer.
• Act as Incident Responder and Incident Commander during high-priority security incidents.
• Develop, tune, and optimize Exabeam correlation rules, behavioral analytics, dashboards, and detection use cases.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting using security telemetry, UEBA insights, and threat intelligence.
• Leverage Anomali threat intelligence to enrich investigations and improve detection capabilities.
• Map security detections and investigations to the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore SOC teams and infrastructure, network, cloud, and application teams.
• Prepare technical and executive-level incident reports, threat trend analysis, and SOC operational metrics.
• Provide incident briefings and operational updates to customer security leadership.

• Provide regular operational and security updates to stakeholders.

Work Environmen

• Full-Time
• Onsite – Westlake, TX
• U.S. business-hours support from the Westlake office.
• Follow-the-sun SOC operating model with after-hours support from the offshore India SOC team.
• Participation in an on-call rotation for critical security incidents.
• Collaboration with both onshore and offshore SOC personnel.
• Occasional travel to the customer site, approximately 30 minutes from the Westlake office, for high-priority incidents, monthly operational reviews, and quarterly governance meetings.

Candidates Must Also Have

• Hands-on Exabeam SIEM & UEBA experience
• Minimum 4 years of SOC experience
• Willingness to work onsite in Westlake, TX
• Availability to support U.S. business hours
