Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Security Operations Center Analyst III to join our Vulnerability and Threat Management program. You’ll analyze alerts from multiple sources to identify threats and protect Sysco networks and data.

The role involves event correlation, escalation to the SOC, and developing incident response playbooks. Candidates should have extensive incident response experience and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in IT with 5 years in Incident Response.
• Strong knowledge of security tools such as IDS, IPS, EDR, SIEM and anomaly detection.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Receive and analyze endpoint and network alerts to identify threats.
• Provide timely detection and alerting of attacks and anomalies.
• Perform event correlation to gain situational awareness and assess attack efficacy.
• Escalate to SOC Analysts and drive incidents through final resolution.
• Create and maintain incident response playbooks and knowledge bases.
