Job summary

KLX Energy Services LLC in Odessa, TX seeks a Snubbing Supervisor to coordinate and supervise snubbing operations on the well site. You’ll direct operators and assistants, oversee pre/post job checks, and ensure safety and quality during complex, high-profile jobs.

Strong field leadership, CDL Class A preferred with HazMat, and 2–3 years in related service lines are expected. Work may require a varied schedule and on-call readiness in a demanding oilfield environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years related experience in Snubbing or oilfield service.
• Valid Driver’s License; Class A CDL preferred with HazMat endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Direct the snubbing units and equipment operations on site without supervision.
• Oversee pre-job and post-job inspections and testing; complete forms.
• Mentor snubbing operators and assistants and coordinate job readiness and cleanup.
