Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior data engineering lead with strong Snowflake expertise to architect and optimize scalable data warehouse solutions in the United States. You will guide a team of Snowflake developers and data engineers, deliver end-to-end data pipelines, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data solutions.

The role emphasizes governance, security, and best practices across the SDLC, with production support and mentorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive Snowflake data platform experience with data warehousing.
• Strong ETL/ELT and data modeling skills; proficient in Python.
• Ability to lead a team of Snowflake developers and data engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Snowflake developers and data engineers.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build reporting and analytical data models for contact center operations.
• Drive best practices around development, performance tuning, data governance, and security.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, and performance optimization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and product owners.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
