Blue Cross of Idaho is seeking a Snowflake Engineer responsible for designing and optimizing scalable data solutions on the Snowflake platform. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and will work in a hybrid setting based in Carmel, Indiana.

Our Snowflake Engineer will be a leading technical expert responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable and high-performance data solutions on the Snowflake Data Cloud. This role requires deep, practical experience across all aspects of the Snowflake platform, including architecture, performance tuning, data modeling, and security. You will play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and automating enterprise-level data pipelines and warehouses to support our business intelligence and analytical needs.
Estimated pay range (2026): Engineer II $96,183 to $144,275; Engineer III $118,506 to $177,758. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
