Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3–5 years hands-on Snowflake development.
• Experience leading developers in project delivery.
• Snowflake certifications - SnowPro Core, SnowPro Advanced Data Engineer.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Snowflake optimization reports for large data lakes across multiple accounts.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines enabled with Python code.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake data warehousing, medallion lake strategies, security and governance.
• Experience with REST integrations, data imports, web services, and event-based integrations.
• Proven ability to design scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions for enterprise growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of Snowflake solutions using modern capabilities.
• Serve as technical authority on platform strategy, AI adoption, governance, and security.
• Architect data ingest and egress across multiple sources ensuring data quality and lifecycle integrity.
• Design scalable data models supporting enterprise needs and regulatory compliance.
• Be the Snowflake expert aligning with GDPR/CCPA/PII guidelines.
• Build and optimize Platform Analytics and executive dashboards.
• Leverage Snowflake Intelligence, Streamlit, Cortex AI and Gen AI features.
• Define patterns, guardrails, and reference architectures with long-term sustainment.
• Collaborate with Product, EA, Security, and Ops to translate goals into robust solutions.
• Mentor engineers, lead design/code reviews, and provide technical coaching.
