Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to build, optimize, and support enterprise data solutions on the Snowflake platform in the United States. The role emphasizes scalable pipelines, data integration, and analytics enablement with strong governance and security adherence.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in data engineering, deep Snowflake expertise, and proficiency in SQL, Python, dbt, and Matillion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake, SQL & Query Optimization, Python, dbt, Matillion.
• Data Modeling & Data Warehousing.
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines using Snowflake, SQL, Python, dbt, and Matillion.
• Build and maintain ELT/ETL frameworks and data integrations.
• Optimize Snowflake performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Implement data quality, monitoring, and automation solutions.
• Support production incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Analytics, Platform Engineering, and Business teams.
• Follow SDLC, governance, security, and compliance standards.
