Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of data engineering/architecture experience.
• 4+ years hands-on Snowflake experience in enterprise contexts.
• Strong SQL and cloud-data warehouse design skills.
• Experience with Python and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable data architectures using Snowflake and cloud platforms.
• Develop ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and near-real-time workloads.
• Model data with dimensional, normalized and lakehouse approaches.
• Optimize Snowflake workloads for performance and cost.
• Implement data security, governance, and observability.
• Build end-to-end data ingestion from diverse sources.
• Collaborate with analytics, DevOps and BI teams.
• Create reusable data engineering standards and docs.
