Job summary

Resource Logistics Inc. is seeking a Snowflake Data Architect to join our onsite team in Warsaw, IN. The ideal candidate will design data models across multiple source systems, architect Snowflake environments, and implement secure data access controls.

You will work with Azure Data Factory, dbt, Azure Key Vault and Pulumi IaC to enforce governance and data product ownership while complying with HIPAA/PHI/PII requirements in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in data architecture with 3+ years on Snowflake; SnowPro Advanced certification preferred.
• Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, dbt, Azure Key Vault and Pulumi IaC.
• Data Mesh principles including domain ownership, data products and federated governance.
• HIPAA/PHI/PII compliance experience; healthcare/life sciences exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design conceptual, logical and physical data models for 9 source systems and 2 MVP data products.
• Define Snowflake account architecture (RAW/CURATED/GOLD layers, sizing, retention).
• Design RBAC hierarchy, Row-Level Security and column masking (SHA-256 for PHI/PII).
• Own naming standards, service user key-pair authentication, network policies and MFA.
• Review pipeline patterns and enforce Data Mesh interoperability policies.
• Support ZB InfoSec reviews and HIPAA compliance sign-offs.
