Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. seeks a Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to advance Snowflake-based data solutions and Power BI reporting. You will design, develop, test, and document data platforms while partnering with business users to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.

The role blends business analysis, solution architecture, data engineering, and BI development, with opportunities to grow into a key technical resource within the Data & Analytics organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in BI, analytics, data engineering, or warehousing.
• 3+ years Snowflake development experience.
• 3+ years Power BI development experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and dimensional data modeling experience.
• Experience designing ETL/ELT solutions and data pipelines.
• Ability to gather requirements and work with business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate operations and reporting needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
• Build scalable ELT/ETL processes and data models.
• Develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and dataflows.
