GlobalFoundries is seeking a Senior SMTS System Architect for Analog & Mixed Signal Products to lead architecture and roadmaps for Analog ASSP families. You will influence product strategy and drive cross-functional teams across sites to deliver differentiated semiconductor solutions.

You will define long-term technology direction, engage customers, and shape roadmaps while mentoring engineers and aligning with business units. Fluent English and 8+ years in semiconductor are required.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in semiconductor industry.
• Lead complex product developments with business impact.
• Expert knowledge in analog and mixed-signal systems.
• Strong customer-facing architecture leadership and English fluency.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive long-term roadmaps for Analog ASSP solutions.
• Lead system architecture for PMICs, motor drivers, protection and batteries management.
• Own system-level tradeoffs among performance, power, cost, reliability, manufacturability and safety.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, validation, engineering, manufacturing and applications.
• Drive differentiation via innovation, benchmarking and tech assessments.
