Senior SME Cyberspace Network Operations (CNO)

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is seeking a Senior SME Cyberspace Network Operations (CNO) to provide research support administration services for our government customer in Ft. Bragg, NC.

Overview

Position: Senior SME Cyberspace Network Operations (CNO)

Location: Ft. Bragg, NC

Responsibilities
  • Assist the SGM and Deputy Technical Targeting (TT) as the Cyber SME and provide technical writing, development, and integration support for Cyber activities Requirements, Testing, Programming, Manpower, and Execution functions of the TT commodity area.
  • Perform project management tasks, evaluate commercial technology, attend technical reviews and demonstrations for prototype assessment, and establish acquisition strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation and development of new requirements documentation including Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD), Capabilities Development Documents (CDD), SPECAT messages, Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP), Test Plans, and update Project Folders.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager and/or Quality Assurance Manager to ensure adequate design specifications, associated documentation, and resolution of problem reports.
Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 12 years of Cyber Activities experience/knowledge, Technical Exploitation experience/knowledge, Special Operations experience/knowledge, and Military experience/knowledge.
Required Citizenship and Clearance
  • U.S. Citizen (Born or Naturalized).
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance.
