The Okta Sales Team focuses on expanding territory growth through new logos and nurturing existing customers. The Small Business Sales Team manages sales for smaller business clients, conducting presentations, site visits, and demos to develop new and existing relationships.
The ideal candidate is motivated, self-driven, passionate about security, and skilled in engaging C-Suite decision-makers. Responsibilities include establishing account strategies, meeting revenue targets, and utilizing partner ecosystems to identify new opportunities.
Minimum qualifications include 2+ years of experience in SaaS enterprise sales, ability to navigate complex sales cycles, and proficiency in sales frameworks like MEDDICC.
This role requires in-person onboarding at our San Francisco HQ during the first week. The annual OTE range for candidates in CA, CO, NY, and WA is $124,000–$186,000, including base salary and incentives, with additional benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and equity options.
