PruittHealth in Athens, GA is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech Therapist for a FULL TIME role at our local facility. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to support patient goals.

Offering up to $130,000 annual compensation, with an $8,000 stay-and-earn sign-on incentive, advanced pay options, merit increases, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates considered where applicable.
• Experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, home health, or post-acute care preferred.
• Foreign-trained applicants must possess credentials deemed substantially equivalent by an ASHA-approved evaluation organization.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Perform dysphagia, cognitive, and communication assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers.
• Educate patients and families on treatment objectives and outcomes.
