Job summary

Hard Rock Bristol is seeking a Slot Technician II to diagnose and repair slot machines with minimal supervision, applying extensive mechanical and electronic knowledge to keep floor equipment running smoothly.

You will lead slot floor moves, coordinate shift assignments, and assist with special projects while ensuring compliance with Virginia Lottery rules and delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have good communications skills.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Must have two (2) or more years’ experience in a Slot Technician capacity.
• Must have minimum three-year experience electronic background.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising when supervisor is absent as assigned.
• Coordinate slot floor moves and shift assignments.
• Coordinate Special Projects as assigned.
• Ensure overall smooth operation of slot related equipment.
• Keep slot machines and parts in working order.
• Perform work regularly and adhere to Virginia Lottery regulations.
• Interact with guests to enhance guest relations.
