Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking a Sleep Technologist III to handle overnight polysomnography setup, patient hook-ups, and data collection. You will operate advanced sleep study equipment, ensure quality data, and work with a team to follow clinic procedures and international guidelines.

Required are a BRPT/ RPSGT credential and BLS, plus around 3 years of related experience. The role includes night shifts and competitive hourly pay in the California market.

Qualifications

• BRPT certification (RPSGT) or equivalent preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• 3 years of related work experience in sleep testing or polysomnography.
• Strong knowledge of polysomnographic testing procedures and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up laboratory and hook up patients for overnight polysomnography.
• Apply electrodes and sensors per standard protocols.
• Instruct patients on hookup procedures and testing steps.
• Perform CPAP/Bilevel titrations per clinic policy.
• Generate comprehensive technologist reports reflecting testing and environment.
