Job summary

Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a Senior Clinical Faculty Member for the Sleep-Wake Disorders Center located at the Moses division. The candidate should be Board-Certified in Sleep Medicine with at least 5 years of full-time clinical and research sleep medicine experience and have publications in the field.

The role involves leading a clinical practice focused on sleep disorder diagnosis and treatment and developing NIH/foundation/industry-funded research programs.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Sleep Medicine with 5+ years of full-time clinical and research sleep medicine practice.
• Extensive publications in sleep medicine.
• Interest in developing research programs that receive NIH, foundation or industry funding.
• Experience diagnosing and treating sleep disorders in a clinical setting.
• Ability to contribute to a large clinical practice and research initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat sleep disorders including sleep-related breathing disorders, hypersomnias, circadian rhythm disorders, insomnia and parasomnias.
• Develop research programs funded by NIH, foundations or industry.
• Collaborate with the Sleep-Wake Disorders Center team and affiliated departments.
