ODDITY Labs in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Scientist to lead skin tissue engineering with a focus on 3D skin modeling. Collaborate with bioengineering teams to develop healthy and aged skin models and explore molecules for topical skin applications in health and wellness.

The role requires a PhD/MS with 6+ years in anti-aging or dermatology, deep experience with microfluidics and bioprinting, and the ability to mentor a small team in a fast-paced biotech setting.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS in Bioengineering or Biology with 6+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in anti-aging research or dermatology.
• Knowledge of 3D engineering techniques such as microfluidics and bioprinting.

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D skin tissue models and validate pipelines.
• Lead research on 3D models for drug discovery in dermatology.
• Mentor 1–3 team members and foster innovation in anti-aging science.
• Assess M&A opportunities in anti-aging/dermatology spaces.
• Stay updated on dermatology and tissue engineering trends.
